Following are the minutes of the regular monthly meeting of IEEE NJIT Student Branch held on March 30, 2011 at 7:00.  Minutes not read, motion passed by Membership.

Presidents Report

• Roger reported on Region 1 Student Conference
• Focus Series on Telecomm postponed for this Semester
• Suggestion to membership to investigate new/replacement bins

Project update:
1. Combination Lock (small hands-on project, should be down within a month), anyone who is interested please speak to Moody.
2. Autonomous Cars, for those interested speak to Andrew and Amit.
Please note IEEE only fund parts of the cost for projects.

Officers update:
Tres: Need menbers, freshman only to volunteer for the position of Freshman Representative.
Anyone who is not an IEEE menber can't stay in the office.

VP: Supervising food-run. Also, open suggestion to all IEEE menbers about what kind and types of food you would like us to provided at IEEE store.
Bake Sell: Might not need to do, in case we do, the stuff has to be BAKED!

Pre: Schedule for food-run.
T-Shirts (IEEE pays certain amount, menbers pay the rest)
May introducted speaker session later on during the semesters.
Officers need to sign up for office hour and also need to show up.

Web: upload pics of menbers. Also, under "Contact Us' provide only name, e-mail, no phone#. New Web Design, Jonathan Avila.
