NJIT CSSA ( Chinese Students and Scholar Association) pleasantly brings you the Immigration, Labor and Employment Laws Seminar on April 24th, Tuesday, from 3:00PM-5:00PM, at NJIT GITC Building, Room 1100. Our guest speaker Michelle Wu, Esq., who is an experienced attorney from Graham Curtin, P.A., a prestigious full service law firm located in Morristown, NJ. She will talk about issues on immigration andcorporate laws and related labor and employment lawissues, and on legal problems you may encounter as an employee. Some real cases will be discussed.
Ms Wu practices in the areas of immigration law and corporate law. Her immigration services include the petition, change, and extension of various non-immigrant visas including H, L, K, O, P. E, F, J. TN; permanent residency (employment- based, family-based andinvestment immigration); and citizenship petitions. Her corporatelaw services include the incorporation of various forms of entities;corporate governance documents; drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts and leases; mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures; securities and investment; cross-border transactions; and corporate counseling.
Ms. Wu is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. She has worked in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Divisionand the federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
